Description
The dishwasher rack (without) is the workhorse of any event washing-up area. Plates, bowls or pieces of cutlery are collected in it after the meal, carried to the sink and then made available again once clean. Especially at weddings with a served menu or at a club barbecue, when plenty comes back after every course, it keeps things tidy behind the scenes.
It is best to hire plain racks to match the amount of tableware you have. The Large Plate and the Bowl can be collected in them after the meal, and several full racks roll into the washing-up area at once on the Dish Trolley. That keeps the tables clear while the washing up is already under way at the back.
