Before guests arrive, the space has to work: where do people stand, where do they put things down, where are the supplies kept? A few well-placed pieces of furniture turn an empty room into somewhere people meet.

For standing and talking there is the small poseur table for corners, corridors and payment points, and the large poseur table, which gives several guests room at once. The black metal cabinet provides storage for supplies, bar tools or till accessories. Two further pieces mainly work in the kitchen and are therefore also listed under Kitchen & Catering: the serving trolley, which takes food and drinks to the tables in one trip, and the stainless steel work table as a sturdy surface behind the scenes.

Plan poseur tables roughly by the number of small groups rather than guests: one table per circle of people talking is usually enough. For weekend events, pickup on Friday and return on Monday count as two rental days, and longer periods get cheaper automatically: from 3 days −15 %, from 7 days −30 % and from 14 days −40 %.

Deposits are listed separately from the rental price. You reserve online and pay at handover or by invoice for businesses.
