Behind every event there is a team that needs to coordinate, and a site where a connection cannot be taken for granted. This category covers the equipment for communication, network and security on site.

Two-way radios connect the door, bar, kitchen and organisers at the push of a button – even where mobile reception is patchy. The touchscreen phone gives the event its own number for calls from outside, for example at the information stand or in the production office. The Wi-Fi access point distributes an existing internet connection as Wi-Fi around the room or the grounds; an internet source has to be available on site. The security camera keeps an eye on storage, stage or marquee contents overnight – please observe the applicable data protection rules.

POS system, card terminals and ticket scanner have a category of their own: POS & Ticketing. Plan radios per station and place the access point as centrally as possible. Multi-day rentals are discounted automatically: from 3 days −15 %, from 7 days −30 % and from 14 days −40 %.
