EventMiete.de is a rental company that works like a logistics tech company: every part barcoded, every booking online, no phone call needed. Here's how a rental runs — from idea to return.

01Booking

Choose dates, fill your packing list, reserve bindingly — around the clock. Catalogue availability is live: whatever shows as bookable is physically in stock. Pay at handover (card) or by invoice (B2B).

02Prices & discounts

Daily prices are public on every item. Longer rentals discount automatically: −15% from 3 days, −30% from 7 days, −40% from 14 days. Friday pickup to Monday return counts as 2 rental days.

03Deposit

€50–500 depending on the equipment, held on your card at pickup, released immediately on undamaged return. The amount is shown on each product page.

04Insurance & damage

Minor damage up to €50 is covered. An optional damage waiver (8% of rental value) is available. Larger damage is documented together with photos — fair and traceable.

05Return

Bring it back in your slot — or we collect. Tableware and glasses may go back unwashed (small fee). After the check the deposit is released immediately.

How do I book equipment at EventMiete.de?
EventMiete.de can be booked online around the clock: choose a period, add items to your packing list, reserve bindingly. Payment is due at pickup, delivery or by invoice (B2B). You never need to call.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum rental value at EventMiete.de is €100. Below that, picking and inspection are not economical. The packing list shows the missing amount and suggests useful additions.
How do duration discounts work?
EventMiete.de discounts longer rentals automatically: −15% from 3 days, −30% from 7 days, −40% from 14 days. On top: pickup Friday to return Monday counts as only 2 rental days.
Does EventMiete.de deliver — and what does it cost?
Yes. Pickup at the Grafing warehouse near Munich is free; delivery is available across Germany. The price is a base fee per vehicle class (from €29) plus a per-km rate for the round trip. Beyond 50 km or for equipment requiring setup we prepare an individual quote — answered within 2 hours.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is €50–500 depending on the equipment and is held on your card at pickup. It is released immediately upon complete, undamaged return. The exact amount is shown on each product page and in your confirmation.
What about damage — am I insured?
Minor damage up to €50 is covered by EventMiete.de. For larger damage the renter is liable; many private and business liability policies cover rented equipment. An optional damage waiver (8% of rental value) can be added at booking.
Do I have to return tableware washed?
No. Tableware, glasses and cups can be returned unwashed — for a small washing fee (€10–15 per set), selectable directly at booking.
When can I pick up and return?
Pickup and return at the Grafing warehouse: Monday–Friday 07:30–18:00, Saturday 08:00–14:00. You choose a time slot at booking — your order will be picked and ready. After-hours returns are possible by arrangement.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 7 days before the rental starts. Up to 48 hours before, 30% of the rental value is due, after that 60%. Rebooking to another date is always free, subject to availability.
