Description
The touchscreen phone gives your event its own point of contact for calls, so the organiser's personal mobile doesn't keep ringing. That makes sense at the information desk of a trade fair, in a festival's production office, at the reception of a corporate event or as the contact number for suppliers at a club fete. It is operated via a touchscreen, so contacts and functions are quick to reach. Whoever is on duty answers – no matter who was in charge the day before.
If you want to hire the touchscreen phone, give it a fixed spot such as the information stand and pass the number on to suppliers in advance. Within the team, Two-Way Radios handle the coordination, while the phone keeps the line to the outside world open. An iPad next to it turns the spot into a small information point.
