Description
With the deep fryer you can set up your own food stall – for chips, chicken nuggets, churros or spring rolls. Freshly fried food is a perennial favourite at events, whether at a club fete, a school bazaar, a company summer party or as a midnight snack at a wedding. Plan a safe, level spot with enough distance from the guests, and before packing up allow plenty of time for the hot oil to cool down.
If you hire a deep fryer, you will need a stable work surface such as the Stainless Steel Work Table. Seasoning is done with the Chip Salt Shaker, and sauces wait in the 4-Compartment Metal Kitchen Container.
