Description
The 4-compartment metal kitchen container keeps sauces, toppings or chopped vegetables to hand in four sections. In an event kitchen every move counts, and sorted ingredients save precious seconds at the serving point. That is especially handy at stations where food goes out at speed: the burger or hot-dog stand at a town festival, the taco buffet at a company party or the club barbecue.
It is best to hire the container together with the equipment it will sit next to – the Griddle Plate for burgers, say, or the Deep Fryer for chips and snacks. The Stainless Steel Work Table serves as the work surface for the whole station, with room for the container, appliances and plates side by side.
