Description
The griddle plate cooks side by side what would fall through a grill rack: burger patties, fried eggs, sausages or vegetables. That makes it a great fit for burger stands, breakfast stations at conferences, club barbecue evenings or street-food corners at weddings and company parties. Because the cooking happens right in front of the guests, you get a little live-cooking show on the side – and the aroma draws people to the stand all by itself.
Before you hire the griddle plate, think about where it will go: a firm, level spot at a distance from the guest area is ideal.
