Description
The sink unit creates a fixed station in the event kitchen for pre-rinsing, washing vegetables and washing up. Without a washing-up area, things quickly get chaotic behind the scenes, because pots, utensils and boards need somewhere to be cleaned in between. At club fetes in a field, food stalls at markets, catering in venues without a professional kitchen or at multi-day festivals, it is an important building block for clean working.
Before you hire the sink unit, best check with us how water supply and drainage will be handled at your location. If you have a lot of crockery to clean, combine it with the Hood-Type Dishwasher: items are pre-rinsed at the sink unit and washed in the machine. The 50-Litre Stockpot can also be cleaned here after use.
