Description
The ice scoop moves ice cubes or crushed ice cleanly from the store into a glass, shaker or cooler. Reaching into the ice by hand is unhygienic, and scooping with a glass is risky – if it breaks, the whole supply is unusable. That is why the scoop is part of the basic kit at any bar, whether at a summer party, the cocktail station of a wedding or the drinks stand at a trade fair.
Its best partner is the Ice Cube Maker: if you hire the machine, add the ice scoop to the same booking. It is useful next to the Iced Tea Dispenser too, whenever ice needs topping up. For single cubes or fruit slices into the glass, the Bar Tongs are the finer tool.
