The Beach Open in Ebersberg was our largest deployment to date: around 8,000 visitors, a site without fixed infrastructure, set up over several days. The packing list ran to more than 200 positions — from the generator to cooling, bar and LED tech to the Starlink kit powering livestream and POS. Over the days several thousand drinks and servings crossed the counters. Equipment worth a six-figure sum was in use, every part barcoded and picked in loading order. Failures: zero.
