Duplicate or invalid tickets are spotted faster than with a purely visual check, and you can also keep track of how many guests have already arrived. It proves its worth at concerts, school proms, gala evenings or corporate events with a guest list – anywhere admission needs to be controlled.
Before you hire the ticket scanner, it is worth taking a quick look at your ticketing system: best check with us in advance which codes are printed on your tickets, so everything runs smoothly on the night. Two-Way Radios keep the door and the organising team in touch, and an iPad at the entrance can serve as an information point for guests' questions.
