Description
The serving tray is the staff's most important tool at a champagne reception, when canapés are handed round or for table service. Glasses, finger food or cleared crockery are carried safely and elegantly through the crowd on it. At a wedding, a gallery opening, a company anniversary or a Christmas party, a team with trays immediately looks more professional than guests fetching everything themselves.
Hiring serving trays is worthwhile as soon as drinks or food are to be handed round – plan at least one per member of staff. The Serving Trolley takes care of restocking from behind the scenes. If you are serving a welcome toast, carry the Sparkling Wine Glasses straight to the guests on the tray, and a round in the Shot Glass is handed out just as quickly.
